Inside Le Château Wine Club
Le Château Wine Club was created in 2019 at Château de Cîteaux La Cueillette. Now located on rue de Martray in the centre of Meursault, we highlight Meursault’s wines and Burgundy’s key appellations. As partners of Château de Meursault, we offer wine tastings and workshops, and guests can also enjoy additional tastings and visits of the estate’s historic cellars directly at the château.
Our Values and Engagements
Le Château Wine Club is committed to responsible, educational wine tourism. We apply teaching principles aligned with UNESCO’s Education for Sustainable Development (ESD for 2030) and follow the open‑knowledge values promoted by the Open Knowledge Foundation.
We support Slow Tourism and select wines with a focus on sustainability, including options from HVE‑certified and environmentally responsible producers, to offer mindful wine tastings in Meursault.

You will discover the essentials of Burgundy wine tasting: understanding the vineyard, recognising terroir, and tasting with both intuition and structure. Our sessions are open to all guests, whether you already know wine or are tasting for the first time.
You will also explore food pairing, the role of the winemaker, and the heritage that makes Meursault one of Burgundy’s most respected villages. Our private tastings offer a clear, accessible introduction to Burgundy’s vineyards and tradition.
